Announcing SLOFEC™ from InCon

InCon have the great pleasure to announce that it can now provide Saturated Low Frequency Eddy Current (SLOFEC™) using their fully trained PCN III engineers as an alternative to Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL).

InCon’s Global Sales Manager, Pat Boyle, explains “An example of the benefits of SLOFEC™ is that it negates the need for extensive preparation works such as sand blasting or cleaning in or on assets including Tanks and Vessel Floors. Incon’s SLOFEC™ Tank and Pipe Scanners can detect under coating corrosion and defects which in turn reduces down time and upfront cost for the client or end user.” SLOFEC™ scanning has been proven to find both top side and underside corrosion through 10mm of floor lining and we can provide a reliable report on site for the clients.
