Full out of service inspections can include but are not limited to MFL floor scanning to map internal and external corrosion, shell thickness checks using Scorpion crawlers, ultrasonic testing, MPI, DPI, and vacuum box testing. In service, inspections can be carried out on the run.

Storage Tank Integrity Inspection Reports

Upon completion of the survey, InCon produces a full and comprehensive EEMUA 159 or API 653 report. The simple, easy to understand report gives the owner or the operator the remaining life assessments, inspection intervals and where required recommendations and repair options for continued safe use of the tank.
